There is a $8 flat rate shipping cost on all orders. When you spend over $100 shipping is FREE!!!! This will be applied automatically at checkout. If you would like your items to be expedited, please select the $15 shipping option and we will expedite your order to you!
All orders are shipped via USPS with insurance protection. Order by 3pm EST and receive same day shipping! Our team will work hard to get your package sent to you ASAP! Once your order is shipped you will receive updated shipping information via email which will include your tracking number. Once your item is scanned in by USPS your tracking information will be fully updated. Please give this 24 hours after your item is shipped to see an update.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your return to 3223 Brookline Rd. Wilmington, DE 19808. Make sure to include a receipt or proof of purchase that includes your name and order number!
Once Shop Ballou receives your package, it will be inspected for damages. Shop Ballou is not responsible for any damages made to items once worn/washed, no matter the circumstances.
You will be issued a credit via a code that can be redeemed on the website.

If your package is missing and scanned in as delivered by USPS give it 24 hours to see if it turns up. If the package is still missing after 24 hours please email email@example.com and let us know.
We will contact USPS about the shipment.
A missing mail search cannot be reported for a week (7 Days) after the package was supposed to be delivered. We will submit a missing mail search case to USPS on the 7th day. Please give 3-4 business days for USPS to process the request and provide any response.
Refunds for missing packages will be based on USPS's response. If you would like your refund sooner, we will handle this internally on a case to case basis.
Any evidence that your package was stolen is also helpful and should be provided to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: SALE ITEMS, VINTAGE PIECES & GIFT CARDS. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the other item you wish to buy. Shop Ballou is not responsible for any exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and include your code that can be applied to your next purchase. Please remember returns must be shipped back and returned to Shop Ballou within 14 days of receiving your item.
